Responding to Reviews (advice from Yelp for Business Owners)

ON LINKEDIN: 1. Click the Account & Settings menu at the top right (may appear as a small version of your photo). Choose Privacy & Settings.
2. Under Settings, click Manage your Twitter settings.
3. In the window that appears, click Add your Twitter account.
4. Log in if requested, then click Authorize app.
5. Make sure the Display… checkbox is checked, then click Save changes.
6. Before or after typing an update (but BEFORE clicking Share), click the menu below the box and choose Public + Twitter. You can change this for any update. Make sure the update is < 141 characters long, or will truncate elegantly at 140, then click Share. Your update will appear in LinkedIn, and as a tweet from you on Twitter.
ON TWITTER: 1. Click the gear at top right, then Edit Profile; then, scroll down and click Connect to Facebook.
2. Click “Okay” in the Facebook dialog boxes that appear.
3. If you have a business page or other page besides your personal profile/timeline and want your tweets to appear on that other page, click “Allow” posting to one of your pages. Click “Okay” in the Facebook dialogs that will appear.
4. Select the page where you want your tweets to appear; uncheck your personal profile if you don’t want to send them there (recommended).
5. Now your tweets will also appear on Facebook. If your LinkedIn updates are forwarding to Twitter, those will appear on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
